Troubleshooting — CustomerSource
CustomerSource is a password-protected site for customers using Microsoft
Dynamics and related business products, provided as a benefit of a
service plan. Use it to search the knowledgebase, download updates,
view online training and find other information resources virtually
24 hours a day. (Log in required) CustomerSource makes it easy to
solve common support issues with a click of a mouse after hours.
Questions not answered at the CustomerSource site can easily
be emailed to the RoseASP support staff (support@roseasp.com),
and we will begin working on your support request.
All support calls,
whether they are handled on-site, over the telephone, or via email, are
logged into our customer database for future reference and tracking.
Our service infrastructure is designed to provide our customers with
fast response times, reliability, and flexibility in servicing their
support needs.
