K. Linda Rose - Founder and CEO

Linda Rose has over 25 years experience in the ERP installation and implementation field.  Her career started in public accounting but then quickly progressed to the formation of Rose Business Solutions, Inc., a Microsoft Gold Dynamics Partner in 1991.  Her combination of strong accounting and technical skills then lead her to establish RoseASP in 2000 as one of the premier ERP hosting companies for the mid-market in North America.  Today her Companies host, implement and consult globally Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics SL, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Exchange and an extensive list of ISV solutions.  Ms. Rose maintains her certification as a CPA while achieving many technical certifications as well.  In addition, Ms. Rose has been named one of the "100 Most Influential People in Accounting” by Accounting Technology as well as been named as a finalist for “Information Technology Executive of the Year” and “Most Admired CEO” Award from the San Diego Business Journal.

James Pathman

James Pathman has 20 plus years running IT organizations. With 15 years as a CTO/CIO of such companies as Lehman Brothers, ID Analytics, Option One Mortgage, H&R Block Mortgage and Accredited Home Lenders,  he understands what it takes to build out and keep critical systems up and running.  James brings to RoseASP his experience in managing the SOX compliance, change controls, security and ERP systems.  He has built out and managed six 6,000+ square foot data centers and has managed implementations of Microsoft GP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, and SAP.
